When will my order ship?

Each Eternal Lux item is carefully curated and packaged with love.
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment. Preorder items will ship according to the timeframe noted on the product page.

Domestic U.S. Shipping Only.


How do preorders work?

Preorder items are made in limited batches and ship once production is complete.
When you preorder, you secure your piece in advance.
Estimated ship dates are listed on each product — we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes — we gladly accept returns on full-price items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • With tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging (if possible)

Note:
Sample Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These pieces are marked clearly on the product page.

If you need to start a return, please email us at hello@eternallux.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the steps.


How do I care for my pieces?

To maintain the quality of your Eternal Lux pieces, we recommend:

  • Hand wash or delicate cycle

  • Air dry only

  • Avoid excessive heat or harsh detergents

How do I know what size to order?

Each product includes a size guide in the description.
If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us with your measurements — we’d love to help you find the best fit.


What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Once an order is shipped, responsibility is transferred to the carrier. We recommend selecting tracked shipping at checkout. If your package is lost, email us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
