At Eternal Lux, some of our most loved pieces, including our handmade beaded bags are offered on a preorder basis. This allows us to uphold our values of intentional design, small-batch production, and ethical sourcing.

Please read our full preorder policy below before placing your order.

What is a Preorder?

A preorder means you are reserving an item before it is physically in stock. This gives you first access to high-demand pieces made in limited quantities, especially our handmade and artisan-crafted products.

When Will My Preorder Ship?

All preorder items will include an estimated ship window listed on the product page.
Current beaded bag preorder window: 3-5 weeks after your order is placed.

Please note:

  • These bags are handmade-to-order and shipped to us from our artisan partner in Nigeria.

  • If you order other in-stock items with a preorder item, they may be held and shipped together unless otherwise requested.

Will I Get Tracking?

Yes! As soon as your preorder ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package just like a regular order.

Can I Cancel or Change My Preorder?

We understand that plans change!
You may cancel your preorder within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us at hello@eternallux.store.

After 24 hours, all preorders are final sale, as your item has already entered production and is made-to-order just for you.

Communication + Updates

You’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation immediately after checkout

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order is fulfilled

  • Occasional updates if there are delays or changes in production

When Am I Charged?

You are charged in full at checkout. This secures your piece and funds production.
This model helps support small-batch artisans and sustainable supply practices.
